ANGEL EYES SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT
- Orders are processed ASAP, typically within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Orders placed before 2 PM EST may qualify for same-day shipping.
- During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
- An order confirmation will be sent via email/text once your order has been placed.
SHIPPING & TRACKING INFORMATION
- Tracking information will be sent via email/text once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
- Angel Eyes offers FREE standard domestic shipping on orders of $150 or more after discounts and before taxes.
- Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Angel Eyes is not responsible for carrier delays or packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
- If your tracking states “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact USPS or the designated shipping carrier to open an investigation.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
